Koiso is hands down the sushi spot you can't miss in Maui! 🍣 Having explored sushi joints worldwide, I must say Koiso takes the crown. It's not just a sushi restaurant; it's a sushi haven. The moment I sank my teeth into their Omakase, my taste buds were in heaven. It's like a flavor explosion in your mouth, and every bite was an adventure. Seriously, I've been to Japan, and this was on par, if not better, than the Tokyo sushi I savored. The quality of their fish is out of this world; it's like they have a direct line to the ocean. The freshness is unmatched. Every piece was meticulously prepared, and the presentation was art on a plate. The staff? Friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're a sushi connoisseur or a newbie, Koiso will blow your mind. So, don't leave Maui without treating yourself to the best sushi on the island. Koiso, you've earned a special place in my heart (and stomach)! ❤️🍣

The best sushi I have had in Maui. This sushi is one of the top I’ve had anywhere. I’ve been to Japan before and this experience was better than my Tokyo sushi I had while traveling. It is a small environment which means a well thought out and planned reservation is necessary but it is worth it. Order the omikase and let the sushi chef choose your meal and you won’t be disappointed.

Hands down THE BEST Sushi! The Chef is amazing and the service team is as kind and welcoming as can be. We were lucky to get a last minute reservation for 2. Book early. Just plan on coming here and start calling weeks in advance. To the Chef, THANK YOU for sharing your story with my wife and I. And thank you for allowing us to share our story with you and how your sushi has kept us focused for 10 years to get back to Maui to enjoy it! lol
